How can I place an order?
You can browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and follow the checkout process to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.

What if my item is damaged or wrong?
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

When will my order be processed?
Orders placed by 1:00 PM EDT on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders after 1:00 PM EDT start processing the next business day.

Do you charge for shipping?
No. All orders within the United States are shipped free of charge, regardless of product size or value.
