Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 7:00 PM (CST) Central Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders within the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Australia and Canada qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.

Orders can usually be canceled before processing begins. Contact us promptly at info@craftsmiley.com to request a cancellation. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
